Kathy Armbruster

Kathy is a skilled HR professional with experience in educational, manufacturing and corporate settings. She has helped build strong teams at organizations that include Northwestern Mutual, Appvion, Plexus Corp. and the Wisconsin State Fair’s Original Cream Puffs. She has also taught at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Fox Valley Tech. ​

Kathy is well versed in multiple areas of human resources, particularly generalist responsibilities, leadership development and employee relations. She is enthusiastic about developing and being part of teams that value forward thinking, creative problem solving and practical solutions to improve results and engage employees. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration.
