Sarah Koenig​

Operations and Planning, Leadership Coaching
Sarah helps visionary leaders stay visionary by lightening the load with customized offerings — plugging in as a fractional chief operating officer, consulting on specific challenges and opportunities, coaching and program development. She has transitioned her strategic skills in helping drive growth and planning initiatives at Northwestern Mutual over 16 years into a growth practice aimed at helping organizations achieve successful outcomes.

Sarah’s diverse and dynamic career path allows her to be comfortable in a broad range of settings and provides depth of experience across areas: strategy, sales/fundraising, talent optimization and service operations. Sarah, a graduate of Western Michigan University and University of Wisconsin Law School, is also a certified trainer and master coach. An EOS Traction enthusiast, she builds systems for growth and bring visions to life.

Sarah is also a longtime volunteer troop leader and volunteer with Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast and has served on the Planned Giving Council of Children’s Wisconsin.
