He has over 30 years of experience as a human resource leader and consultant specializing in coaching, leadership development, training, employee relations and performance management.
Greg brings his own practical manager/leader experience to his client engagements and has a track record of successfully improving the productivity of first-time managers as well as experienced managers. His clients appreciate his results-oriented coaching style and his passion for increasing the effectiveness of individuals and their organizations. Greg earned his master’s degree in human resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his undergraduate degree in business administration and management from the University of Connecticut.
